Abalone Noodle with Shark’s fin

Abalone Noodle 2 pcs
Cornstarch with water optional
Sauce sachet optional

Shark’s fin soup
Instant shark’s fin 300gm
Jinhua ham (sliced) 15gm
Chicken stock 1 1/2 cup
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp

1. Cook Abalone Noodle in boiling water for 2 minutes and stir with chopsticks. Drain and put on a plate. Set aside.
2. Cook all shark’s fin soup ingredients for 15-20 minutes. Take out the ham after done. Then mix with cornstarch water. Pour onto noodles and add sauce sachet to serve.
