Shuan yang rou with Sichuan Spicy Noodle

Sichuan Spicy Noodles 1 bunch
Thin sliced lam 100gm
Chinese leek (sliced) 50gm
Spring onion (chopped) optional
Chopped peanut optional
Sichuan Spicy Noodle Soup
Shallot 1 tbsp
Minced pork 80 gm
Peanut butter 1tbsp
Sesame paste 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Chinkiang vinegar 1 tbsp
Spicy bean paste 1/2 tbsp
Seasoning 1 pkt
Water 1 1/2 cup
Spicy oil 1 pkt

1. Cook Sicuan Spicy Noodles with boiling water for 4 minutes and stir with chopsticks. Scoop into a bowl. Set aside. Slightly fry Chinese leek and set aside.
2. Heat up a wok with oil. Saute the shallot and port to golden colour. Put in the soup ingredients and smmer for 3 minutes.
3. Put the sliced lam on noodles and pour the soup. Garnished with peanut, spring onion and Chinese Leek
