Winter Melon with Sliced Noodle
Sliced Noodle 1 pc
Winter melon (about 2-3 catty) 1 pc
Chicken stock 3/4 cup
Water 3/4 cup
Straw mushroom (sliced into 2) 4 pcs
Dried shitake (soaked and sliced) 2 pcs
Jinhua ham (diced) 10 gm
Night-fragrant flower 10 gm
1. Cut the melon top (1/4 of melon), remove all seeds inside and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Put Sliced Noodle into water, stirring constantly with chopsticks, drain and put it into the melon.
3. Cook all ingredients for 4 minutes and pour into the melon. Steam 4 minutes to serve.
