Thai Curry Vermicelli with Prawn

QQ Vermicelli (Scallop Seafood Flavour) 2pkts
Cabbage (Shredded) 100 gm
Prawn 6 pcs
Thai Basil optional

Red Curry Sauce
Shallot 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Minced Pork 50 gm
Lemon Grass 1 pc
Red Curry Paste 1 tbsp
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp

1.Cook QQ Vermicelli in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drained and rinse in cold water. Drain again and set aside.
2.Heat up a wok with oil. Slightly fry the shallot, garlic and minced pork. Put in all ingredients of red curry sauce. Simmer for 4 minutes. Set aside.
3.Prepare a pot. Put in ingredients in order: cabbage, vermicelli, red curry, prawn. Over the lid and cook until all prawns were done (about 3 minutes). Add Thai basil for garnish.
