Cold Udon with Balsamic Vinegar and Sesame Sauce

Udon 1 pc

Balsamic Vinegar and Sesame Dipping
Balsamic Vinegar 3 table spoons
Sesame Paste 1 table spoon
Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon
Chicken Stock 5 table spoons
Japanese Soy Sauce 0.5 table spoon

Sauce Garnish
Chinese Radish (grounded) 2 table spoon
Spring Onion (chopped) 1 table spoon

1. Cook udon in boiling water for 2 minutes and stir with chopsticks. Soak into ice water after drained. Then scoop it into a Soba noodle plate. Set aside.
2. Mix the balsamic vinegar and sesame dipping ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix the udon with sauce and garnish(Chinese rashish and spring onion) when serve
