Spinach Noodles with Asparagus Crab Meat & Egg White

Ingredients
Spinach Noodles 2 pcs

Ginger (sliced) 2 pcs
Fish Stock 1.5 cup
Crab Meat 100 gm
Asparagus (diced) 50 gm
Salt optional
White Pepper Powder optional
Cornstarch with Water optional
Egg White 2 pcs
Sesame Oil 1 table spoons

Method
1. Cook spinach noodles with boiling water for 2 minutes. Stir with chopsticks, scoop it into the bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat up a wok, sauté the ginger with oil. Add the fish stock then boil. Then put in crab meat and asparagus and cook for 1 minute. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
3. Remove from heat, add cornstarch water. Add egg white and sesame oil and stir. Pour it into the spinach noodle to serve
