Lime, mint leaves and chili diced are used to present the authentic Vietnamese flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Sau Tai instant rice noodle
  • 2 red facing heaven pepper
  • 2 green facing heaven pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 lime
  • 300ml pork broth
  • 3 slices vegan vietnamese sausage
  • Black sesame seeds to taste
  • White sesame seeds to taste
  • Green onion to taste
  • Mint leaves to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Dice facing heaven peppers and green onion into pieces; slice the onion and the vegetarian sausage
2. Bring the broth to boil then add Sau Tai instant rice noodle
3. Add diced peppers, green onion, onion, and the sliced sausage; simmer until the noodles are fully cooked
4. Garnish with lime, mint leaves, and sesame seeds
