  • 2 bunches Sau Tao Beijing Ramen
  • 2 red facing heaven peppers
  • 8 slices beef tendon
  • 1/2 white radish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chicken powder
  • Parsley to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Slice the white radish and parsley into pieces, put them into the broth.
2. Use salt and chicken powder to flavor the beef tendon before cooking it in the broth.
3. Cook Sau Tao Beijing Ramen for three minutes.
4. Add red facing heaven pepper, beef tendon, white radish, and parsley to the broth.
