Ingredients
  • Sau Tao Cross-bridge Rice Noodles 2 pieces
  • Chicken 4 pieces
  • Fresh tofu skin 20g
  • Soybean sprouts 40g
  • Pea leaf tops 40g
  • Chicken broth 700ml
  • Chicken powder 1/2 tea spoon

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix together with chicken powder and sliced chicken; wash soybean sprouts and pea leaf tops; wash fresh tofu skin and cut into pieces.
2. Bring the broth to a boil and put in Sau Tao Cross-bridge Rice Noodles, cook for 2 mintues, or until tender, served on a plate.
3. Add chicken, fresh tofu skin, soybean sprouts and pea leaf tops in the broth.
4. Pour the broth and the fully cooked ingredients over the rice noodles.
