Ingredients
  • Sau Tao Shanghai Noodle 2 packs
  • Sliced Pork Shank 50g
  • Egg 1
  • Pickled mustard right amount
  • Green onion right amount
  • Black and white sesmae seeds right amount
  • Japanese dark soy sauce 6 tea spoons
  • Green Shallot right amount

Cooking Instructions

1. Wash the pork shank, soak it in Japanese dark soy sauce and soy sauce for 20 minutes
2. Slice the half-cooked pork shank, cook it in the broth for 5 minutes
3. Cook an egg in boiling water for 6 minutes to get a poached egg; cut it in half
4. Bring the Japanese soy sauce broth to a boil, add Sao Tao Japanese Ramen and boil for 1minute
