1.Soften glass noodles with water first. Blanch it in boiled water for half minute and drain it. Cut cheery tomato into two. 2. Mince basil and red cluster pepper. Mix with garlic, water, lime sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Press all ingredients to bring out the taste. 3. Wash scallops and season with salt. Pan-fry scallops. 4. Wash salad vegetables and put it on plate. Put glass noodles, cherry tomato and scallops on top. Pour seasoned salad dressings and serve.
