The sliced noodles are chewy, and the cheese sauce is strong but not greasy.
1. Prepare sauce. Melt 80g butter in a pan, then add bacon in low heat until it turn golden brown. Add sliced onion and remained butter and fry until they turn gold brown. 2. Blanch the sliced noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. 3. Meamwhile, mix eggs, cream and a small spoon of water well for sauce mix. 4. Add sliced noodles into the pan which stir-fried bacon before, and turn off the heat. Add cream sauce, make it thicken by the remaining heat. 5. Sprinkle black pepper and parmesan cheese on the noodle.
