The duck is perfectly combine with fried ramen, the choice of home dishes.
1. Remove bones for roasted duck, keep the meat and cut into pieces.2. Wash parsley, keep the leaf part. Keep the white part only for scallion, cut into slices with half inch thickness. Cut leek in 2 inches length.3. Blanch the Japanese ramen in boiled water for 1.5 minutes. Drain the ramen, set aside. Mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and the seasoning well.4. Heat wok with oil in medium heat. Stir-fry roasted duck, then add scallion and stir until transparent. 5.Add ramen and seasoning mix. Stir-fry evenly, and add leek and parsley at last.
