The Taiwanese minced pork is fragrant but not greasy.
1. Gently fry the minced pork; boil the egg for 10 minutes. 2. Mix together minced pork, egg, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, and chicken powder in bowl; let sit for 10 minutes. 3. Put chicken stock in boiling water, add bok choy and Sau Tao Taiwanese Sliced Noodles, cook for 3 minutes. 4. Add sesame oil, Olive Oil XO Sauce, and pickled minced pork and egg. 5. Sprinkle cilantro on the noodles.
