Ingredients
  • 2 packs Sau Tao Japanese Style Udon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 package of thai yellow curry paste
  • 2 fresh chilies
  • 6 slices vegan chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. vegan chicken powder
  • Fresh mint to taste
  • Basil leaves to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring vegan chicken and the sauce to boil
2. Boil the udon and add vegan chicken powder
3. Pour Thai yellow curry paste into the soup and boil for 2 minutes
4. Finely slice the vegan chicken into pieces, cut the chilies, then set aside
5. Serve the udon topped with the vegan chicken and chilies, pour the yellow curry soup
6. Garnish with the fresh mint and basil leaves.
