1. Wash dried shrimps then immerse into hot water for 5 minutes. Blanch Sau Tao Noodles King in boiled water for 30 seconds. Set aside. 2. Remove tomato seeds, shred the pepper 3. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp. oil in high heat. Fry garlic and dried shrimps. Fry all the seasonings and the tomato. 4. Turn to medium heat and add Sau Tao Noodle King. Stir-fry noodles and sauce evenly. Add dried shrimps. 5. Stir-fry diced green onion, garnish the dish with parsley
